MAB Duplex
MAB Duplex est un projet de liaison de deux appartements pour n'en faire qu'un.
La partie supérieure de ce duplex est dédiée à la partie familiale. Nous retrouvons les chambres dédiées aux enfants avec leur salle de bain, plus une buanderie. De l'autre coté se trouve le spacieux séjour avec une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la salle à manger et le salon, ainsi qu'un espace bureau.
Le point important de ce duplex est qu'il comprend l'agence de communication des parents : Maya. C'est pour cela que la suite parentale fonctionne comme un sas entre le travail et l'espace de vie. En effet la suite parentale est conçue sur les deux niveaux : la salle de bain en haut et la chambre avec dressing en bas.
L'agence se situe au même étage que la chambre parentale avec une entrée séparant les différentes fonctions de cet étage.
L'agence comprend un espace ouvert avec bureaux, coin de réunion et cuisine.
La création d'un logo pour l'agence à également été designé afin d'avoir une signalétique extérieure en façade.
MAB Duplex is a project which links two apartments into a single one.
The upper part of the duplex is dedicated to the family. We can find the children’s rooms with their bathroom and a laundry room. On the other side there is the spacious living-room with an open kitchen overlooking the dining room and the lounge, with a desk area along it.
The particularity of this duplex is the parent’s communication agency, Maya, located on the lower part. Indeed the master bedroom is the separation between work and daily life. This bedroom occupies the two floors: the bathroom is upstairs while the bedroom with the dressing is located downstairs.
The agency is located on the same level as the parent’s bedroom with the entry separating the different uses of the floor.
The agency has an open space with offices, meeting area and kitchen.
The creation of the logo for the agency was reused as an outdoor signage on the frontage.
